Balloon Dubai is an excursion to witness the sunrise from one of the most impressive places in the world: the Emirati desert. A unique and unforgettable experience. Between 04:00-05:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel. After a 45-minute drive, you'll arrive at Sky Dive Dubai Margham to check in, where you’ll be welcomed with tea and coffee. Shortly after, a 15-minute ride will take you to the balloon launch site in the desert, in the direction of Al Ain and within the same area as the nature reserve.

Details

Before the balloon ride, while the balloon is being inflated, you'll receive safety instructions and even have the chance to take photos with a falcon. Then, we’ll begin this exciting hot air balloon flight, which lasts between 45 and 70 minutes. Depending on weather conditions, you’ll often be able to spot wild gazelles in this protected natural habitat. You'll have plenty of time to watch the sunrise over the Emirati desert, enjoying unforgettable views of the sun rising over the dunes.

It’s truly an unforgettable experience! During the journey, we’ll witness the contrast between the reddish hues of the dunes and the green of the oasis. Wildlife is another highlight—you may see Oryx, Gazelles, and Camels as we fly over the Al Maha Nature Reserve, also known as the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. You'll also see the camps where traditional 4×4 Desert Safaris take place. Part of the Dubai balloon ride is flown at a low altitude to better appreciate the flora and fauna of the area before reaching cruising altitude. Once the balloon ride ends, you’ll be offered water and soft drinks, and picked up from a different point in the desert than where you started. Then, we return to Dubai.

- Price: €286 per person. (From December 24 to January 2, €407 per person)

- *Passengers weighing over 120 kg: €572 per person (counted as 2 people instead of 1)

Includes: Hotel pickup and drop-off transfers. WIFI during the balloon ride. Group photo with the pilot, which will be sent to you by email later. A commemorative certificate signed by the pilot.

Activity not permitted for: Pregnant women over 3 months. Children under 5 years old. Adults over 70 years old. Anyone who has undergone major surgery in the past six months. Anyone who has had a broken leg and/or arm in the past six months. Those with chronic back or neck injuries or pain.
