1. GENERAL
1.1 We sell tickets and associated products and/or services on behalf of promoters, producers, teams, artists, and venues or premises. We refer to “Promoter” or “Promoters” as the persons who organize or hold the show and/or who provide us with tickets and/or associated products or services for us to sell to you.
1.2 We sell tickets as and when they are allocated to us by the Promoters. The number of tickets made available to us for sale varies from one show to another. Tickets are usually sold through various distribution points, including online channels, call centers and, in some cases, box offices. All distribution points access the same ticket inventory and issuing system and, as a result, tickets to popular shows may sell out quickly. Occasionally, more tickets may be made available before the show, but CLUBTICKETS has no control over such inventory or its availability.
1.3 For some shows, tickets may be sold as part of a “Package” (when a ticket for a show is sold together with concessions, promotional items or other benefits of value, such as exclusive seats, accommodation, transport, meals or promotional items as an all-inclusive package at an all-inclusive price) or as an “Upsell” (where, in addition to a ticket and independently of it, the customer is offered the possibility to purchase parking, promotional items, travel, etc.).
1.4 In these General Terms of Purchase, we refer to “Items” as all types of products and/or services that we offer for sale (such as tickets, Packages and Upsells). To purchase an Item(s) from us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit/debit card issued in your name. The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18 years) and have the legal capacity necessary to contract the services offered by the providers on the website, in accordance with the conditions set out below, which they declare to understand and accept. In the case of contracting by minors, parental or guardian authorization is required in order to enjoy the contracted service. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided to CLUBTICKETS during the booking process.
2. CONTRACT
2.1 Every purchase of an Item from us is governed by:

2.2 Your contract to purchase an Item begins when we confirm your purchase and ends when the show for which you have purchased the Item ends; however, if you have purchased any product within an Upsell, your contract for the purchase of that product will end fourteen (14) days from the date on which it is delivered to you. All purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks, and your transaction may be cancelled if it does not pass our verification process.
2.3 You undertake not to obtain or attempt to obtain any Items by using any unauthorized robot or other automated device or any other unlawful or unauthorized activity. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that we reasonably suspect has been carried out in breach of these provisions, without prior notice to you, and any and all Items purchased through such transaction shall be void.

4. PAYMENT METHODS.

5. CHECK YOUR TICKET.
If your purchase has been completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket and detailed information about the purchase you have just made. This email may not reach your "Inbox" as some internet services detect it as spam. We recommend that you always check the "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
6. HOW DO I OBTAIN MY TICKETS.
Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to download the tickets from the confirmation screen. Also, you will receive the confirmation email and your tickets will be available for you to print and present at the venue.
7. DELIVERY
All of the products and/or services included as part of a package or sold through targeted sales shall be supplied and provided by our Promoters, who shall be responsible for the delivery and quality of said products and/or services. 8. FEES.
8.1 Booking Fee:
Booking Fee corresponds to those derived from completing the purchase and are independent of the event. They include the Payment Merchant's fees (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal) and the technical and operational cost of selling the event.
Why do we charge a Booking Fee?
Booking Fee is the only part of the total transaction that we keep, and helps us cover all the company's costs, from website maintenance, the payment merchant's fees, as well as the costs of our offices and of course the salary of our workers, so we can continue providing a great service. Even in the case of cancellation of an event, the Booking Fee is non-refundable with the exception of customers who added Clubtickets 360 Cancellation Insurance on the purchase.
8.2 Although we try to ensure the prices advertised on our website are all accurate, errors sometimes occur. If we find out about an error in the price of any article you have ordered, we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity, allowing you to choose between changing your order at the correct price (by charging or refunding the difference in your account, as appropriate) or canceling the order. If you decide to cancel the order after paying the incorrectly advertised price, we will refund the full amount paid.
9. CANCELLATIONS.
9.1 If you have purchased a ticket or package, you will not be entitled to cancel your purchase. You will also not be entitled to cancel any “excluded targeted sales”, such as targeted sales including travel, accommodation, meals, transport or leisure services.
9.2 If you have purchased any product as part of targeted sales (except for excluded targeted sales), you will be entitled to cancel your transaction within fourteen (14) days following the date of delivery of the product (or within a longer period, if established according to the terms and conditions of the Promoter). Nonetheless, in these cases you will not be entitled to cancel your associated purchase of tickets. In order to cancel your purchase as part of targeted sales you should fill in and submit our cancellation form or contact us. You can find further details about your cancellation rights in our information concerning cancellations.
9.3 Cancellation Insurance:
If you can’t or don’t want to attend an event, the 360 Clubtickets Cancellation Insurance covers the 100% of the amount paid for the ticket. Mentioned insurance covers the total amount of the event and allows you to cancel with no reason. By adding this insurance, you can ask for your cancellation informing us 24 hours before the start of the event. You can request it directly from your account (https://dubai.clubtickets.com/login) or by expressly requesting it at help@clubtickets.com. The amount of the insurance will not be refunded in any case.
9.4 In the case of wanting to cancel a ticket without having the 360 Clubtickets Cancellation Insurance, you can request the cancellation with at least 48 hours notice before the event starts, and with a cancellation fee of 50% per ticket. You can request it directly from your account (https://dubai.clubtickets.com/login) or by expressly requesting it at help@clubtickets.com.
9.5 If you wish to cancel your tickets on the day of the event, Clubtickets will be able to make the exceptional cancellation as long as you write to us at help@clubtickets.com and justify the reason for cancellation. If the cancellation can be made, a charge of 50% of the total amount of the purchase will be applied. This cancellation requested on the day of the event is not guaranteed and can only be processed in very exceptional cases. Once you have entered the venue, the tickets cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
9.6 Cancellations will not be possible under any circumstances once the event for which you purchased the tickets has ended.
10. TICKETS.
10.1 Any ticket you purchase from us will remain the property of the Promoter and is a revocable personal license that may be withdrawn, with admission denied at any time. If this occurs, you will be refunded the sale price of the ticket that is withdrawn or for which access is denied (including the corresponding management fees per ticket, but excluding the processing fees per order). This only applies to requests made to help.dubai@clubtickets.com received before the end of the event. Therefore, if access is denied, we can only process the cancellation if you request it before the event has ended
10.2 Policies set by our Promoters may prevent us from issuing replacement tickets for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed ticket. For example, at standing shows, where the original ticket and the replacement could both be used, the venue's permitted capacity could be compromised. If replacement tickets are issued, we may charge you reasonable administration fees.
10.3 It is your responsibility to check your tickets; errors cannot always be corrected. In the event of an error in the tickets, you must contact the support email as soon as possible: help.dubai@clubtickets.com
11. PROHIBITIONS.
11.1 When purchasing tickets, the number of tickets you can purchase will be limited to a specific number per show. This number is included on the first purchase page and is verified in each transaction. This policy is in force to prevent unfair practices in the purchase of tickets. Tickets may be limited to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, at some shows, a restriction per household may apply. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased that exceed this number without prior notice.
11.2 Tickets may be sold with certain limitations regarding access or use, such as limited, obstructed or side view, or minimum age for access. When this happens, such limitation will be published on our website or communicated to you otherwise before or at the time of booking tickets. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read all communications posted on our website.
11.3 The resale and assignment of tickets is prohibited, as well as the sale of our tickets by third parties without the express written authorization of both CLUBTICKETS and the Promoter. Any unauthorized resale, assignment, sale or attempt may result in the immediate cancellation of the ticket, without any right to a refund or compensation whatsoever.
Likewise, the illegal resale of tickets or the attempt thereof may constitute the crime of computer fraud. In particular, the purchase of tickets will be considered fraudulent when, among others, the following circumstances occur:
• Providing false data of the buyer or the card used as a means of payment.
• Use of data belonging to third parties.
• Use of cards that do not match the identity of the buyer.
• Impersonation of the legitimate holder of a card.
• Use of card numbers generated by computer programs or algorithms.
CLUBTICKETS assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside the official sales channels, nor for any price differences between our services and those of unauthorized third parties.
11.4 You may not combine a Ticket with any benefit, travel or accommodation service and/or any other promotional items, products or services to create a package, unless you obtain our express written authorization and that of the Promoter.
11.5 A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless the express written authorization of the Promoter is obtained; even if such consent is obtained, the use of our trademarks and other industrial and intellectual property must have our prior consent.
12. CHANGES.
12.1 It is your responsibility to check whether a show has been cancelled, or whether the date and time of any show has been changed. In the event of cancellation or date change of a show, we will use all means reasonably within our reach to inform you of the cancellation as soon as we receive the corresponding authorization from the Promoter. We do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the show. Changes that occur after the start date of ticket sales, such as changes of dates, venue, artists, cancellation of the event, etc. are the sole responsibility of the Promoter of the event.
CLUBTICKETS, in the event of any change in an event or show, undertakes to:
a) Publish it on its website as soon as it becomes aware of it, in order to keep users duly informed.
b) Send a message to the email address indicated by the user at the time of purchase informing about such changes.
c) In the event that the Promoter decides to proceed with the refund of the amount, CLUBTICKETS will inform the user about the procedure adopted by the Promoter for this purpose.
12.2 You should be aware that the advertised start and end times of shows are subject to change.
12.3 Tickets are sold without prejudice to the Promoter's right to modify or vary the program due to facts or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without being obliged to refund amounts or change tickets.
12.4 Responsibility for the conditions of visibility where the event or show takes place, its acoustic quality, comfort of the venue, accessibility, etc., lies with the promoter.
13. REFUNDS.
13.1 Sometimes shows are cancelled, rescheduled or substantially altered by the team, the artist or the Promoter for a variety of reasons. Please contact us to receive the precise instructions. Once a ticket has been purchased, it will not be exchanged or refunded, except for causes provided for in the legislation in force.
The impossibility of attending an event or show or the commission of an error when making the purchase of the ticket(s) are not grounds that allow a refund. The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with the legislation in force on consumer matters and the regulation of retail trade.
13.2 Cancellation:
If a show that has not started is cancelled (and is not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the face value of your ticket(s) (excluding management fees) provided that the cancellation is not due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions. If a show is held over several days and one or more days are cancelled (but not all days that constitute the show), a partial refund may be made corresponding exclusively to the cancelled day(s). CLUBTICKETS, as distributor, may only proceed to cancel tickets and, therefore, to refund their amount when it receives an express order from the promoter of the event and/or show in cases of cancellation, change of dates, etc.
13.3 Rescheduling:
Unless otherwise indicated in relation to a specific show, if the date of the show is changed, you will be offered tickets (subject to availability) of a value corresponding to your original tickets. If you are unable to attend the show on the new date, you will be offered a refund of the face value of your ticket(s), excluding management fees. You must inform us if you cannot attend the show on the new date within the period we set, otherwise we may confirm your booking for the new date and you will not be entitled to a refund.
13.4 Substantial Alteration:
If a show is substantially altered, you may choose to confirm your corresponding order for the altered show or request a refund of the face value of your ticket(s), excluding management fees, within the period we set. In the event that you do not inform us of your decision, we may confirm your corresponding order for the altered show and you will not be entitled to a refund. A “substantial alteration” is a change that, in our reasonable judgment and that of the Promoter, causes the Show to differ substantially from the Show that ticket buyers could reasonably expect in general. The use of stand-ins in theatrical performances and/or any changes in:
(i) any opening act;
(ii) the members of a group; and/or
(iii) the lineup or formation of any show in which multiple artists perform (such as a festival) shall not be considered a substantial alteration.
13.5 To request your refund you must contact our support department at the email: help.dubai@clubtickets.com.
In case of cancellation, the refund may be made within fifteen days from the date of the public communication of the suspension of the show. After this period, no refund will be accepted.
Purchases made by phone or Internet:
The refund of the amount of the tickets will be executed automatically to the card with which the purchase was made within an approximate period of 3 to 15 business days. The refund is effective within 3 to 10 business days following the communication we make to you. To verify the credit, you must check the statement of the bank card (debit or credit) used for the purchase.
13.6 If you have purchased any Extra associated with a cancelled, rescheduled or substantially altered show, the amount of the Extra will be refunded (excluding management fees).
13.7 Unless you have contracted insurance that covers it, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, following clauses 9.3 and 9.4.
14. LIABILITY.
14.1 Personal plans, including travel, accommodation or benefits, in relation to the Show that you have contracted on your own, are at your own risk. We do not assume any liability, nor does/do the Promoter(s), for any loss of enjoyment rights or wasted expenditure.
14.2 CLUBTICKETS and the Promoter shall only be liable for damages caused to persons or property when they are caused by their fault or negligence or are their responsibility by legal provision.
14.3 Nothing in these General Terms of Purchase is intended to exclude or limit our liability or that of the Promoter(s) for death or personal injury arising from negligent or fraudulent conduct or any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law and that may be attributed to us or to the Promoter(s) (as appropriate).
15. ADMISSION AND ATTENDANCE.
15.1 The venue reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of non-compliance by customers with any of the terms and conditions of the show or the Promoter. The venue will be required at times to make security-related inquiries in order to ensure the safety of customers. The ticket(s) are issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the Promoter of the event. All details will be available to the user at the venue's box office. Breach of any of these rules and regulations, or any other act that may cause damage, harm or grievance, shall entitle the venue or the Promoter of the event to expel the user from the venue. In any case, CLUBTICKETS recommends and refers the purchaser to the rules established, in each case and for each event, by the Promoter of the specific event or show at any given time.
15.2 There will be no exit passes or readmission of any kind.
15.3 Unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Photos, videos and/or recordings may be destroyed or deleted. Laser pens, selfie sticks, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and the customer's own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue).
15.4 Both you and other ticket holders consent to the recording of images and sound as part of the audience.
15.5 Prolonged exposure to noise may cause hearing loss.
15.6 A show may include special effects including, without limitation, sound, audiovisual, pyrotechnic or lighting effects.
16. QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS.
16.1 If you have any questions or complaints regarding your purchase, please contact us at help.dubai@clubtickets.com, quoting your order number which will have been provided to you at the end of the ordering process.
16.2 Since we sell Items on behalf of the Promoters, we may need to contact them to obtain further information before responding to your complaint. The resolution of some complaints may take up to 28 days, but we will contact you again as soon as possible.
16.3 In the event of any conflict, we will seek to make inquiries diligently or negotiate in good faith, and we will try to reach a settlement that is fair and equitable to your interests, ours, and those of the Promoter.
17. MISCELLANEOUS.
17.1 All these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute arising from any transaction with CLUBTICKETS shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
